CEO & Co-Founder
Temma Keatan Hammond
Having grown up a Hollywood producer's daughter, Temma has over fifty years of entertainment experience in producing, directing, writing, company management, production in film, network television, public access television, stage and radio. She is the recipient of many awards, including the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 Platinum, Gold, Bronze Telly Award (Local Emmy) and Bronze Remi Award from the Worldfest Houston International Film Festival and EMPixx Gold and Platinum Awards. Hammond designed and built Silver Mirage Studios, the first soundproof studio in Las Vegas, which served clients such as Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Harry Blackstone Jr., and Whoopi Goldberg. Temma currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Executive Vice President & Co-Founder
Art Martini
Mr. Martini has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry. Over his career he was honored with a Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) award for outstanding sales and marketing skills. He has been a finance and insurance manager, trainer, and dealer representative for CITICORP Person to Person, Beneficial Finance Co., and Nationwide Financial. He has reviewed various companies’ financial documents, worked up spread sheets and made recommendations to establish lines of credit. He also made personal and secondary real estate loans. He has an extensive background in consumer credit. His loan portfolio exceeded 10MM.

Vice President Sales and Marketing
Verner Dixon, Jr.
Verner Dixon has spent many years of his career with IBM, Wang, and Gartner (Meta) Group holding executive positions in business development, consulting services, and as a marketing and sales executive. Verner is also the owner of VM Enterprises, specializing in the delivery of service solutions in business processes. He is past president of the Association of Information Technology Professionals and a past member of the Las Vegas Chamber Technology Committee. As a member of AITP, PMI, NAIOP, WITI and TBAN, he has published articles on robotic camera systems in the Broadcast Engineering magazine and on disaster recovery in the Casino Enterprise Management magazine. Verner is a native of Las Vegas.

Vice President of Network Operations
Ron Kramer
With over 35 years in the entertainment industry, Mr. Kramer has achieved major success in music, film and television. As Vice President and General Manager of West Coast Operations for London based Dick James Music, Kramer represented and worked with DJM artists and writers including Elton John and Bernie Taupin. Subsequently, Kramer assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Music Publishing at Capitol Records / EMI, where he supervised all of Capitol Record’s music publishing companies, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, and Toronto. Kramer has experienced a great deal of success in the Direct Response Television business, with gross revenue from his involvement with various product promotions in infomercials and the QVC and HSN shopping channels exceeding $100,000,000. Mr. Kramer was Associate Producer of the Grammy Awards for more than ten years and is a past Chairman of the Board of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.

Vice President of Content Production
John Stiles
After 40 years in the Construction industry, John used his passion for photography and videography to create the Internet Television Station WWDBTV.COM in Las Vegas. There, he developed skills in filming, editing, directing, and producing quality content. The intent of WWDBTV.com was to provide affordable professional services to the average individual who wanted to create unique content that would be available to a worldwide audience.

Director of Photography & Producer
David "Doc" Harrison
David J. Harrison, Ph.D. was part of the educational system for over ten years and was skilled in producing instructional films and public services announcements in such areas as agriculture, environmental protection, nutrition, and land management.
​His work encompasses over a hundred educational videos for religious, governmental, and non-profit organizations.
David was an adjunct professor of educational technology for 13 years at Webster University teaching online graduate courses in systemic change theory, ethics, and online course design.
​His published academic articles include theological and instructional video topics in multiple journals. David holds a doctorate in instructional design from Old Dominion University.

Senior Consultant
Sheldon I. Altfeld
A twelve-time Emmy Award-nominee and four-time Emmy Award winner, Sheldon I. Altfeld has been an actor, writer, producer, and director in Hollywood since 1950. His extensive credits have spanned every aspect of the entertainment industry, including radio, television, motion pictures, stage productions, and recording.
Listed in "Who's Who In Entertainment," Mr. Altfeld has produced, written, and/or directed more than 4,100 TV shows for NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, Metromedia, Fox, Disney, and various cable networks. In addition, he has produced over 5,000 hours of radio programming and more than 200 stage productions.

Consultant
Dyanna Lynn
Experienced and highly organized senior level management with expertise in producing, administrative leadership, team building and optimization of organizational measures and infrastructures. She worked directly with studio executives and owners on client-based productions for contracted stage and equipment rentals and varying levels of producing/management services.
She Managed the day-to-day operations, including supervision of employees, subcontractors and clients and production requirements; serving as liaison between all personnel. Dyanna managed small to large-scale productions for in-studio and on location shoots, guiding and supported clients, production staff, and crew personnel from concept to completion. She was responsible for all aspects of project management, including client negotiations, contracting, budgets, invoicing, and scheduling.
